On March 12, Party Central Committee member and Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet met and held a working session with a delegation from Pacific Construction Group of China.
Pacific Construction Group is one of China’s major private enterprises operating in infrastructure investment, construction, operation, and management. The group has recently launched three major transport infrastructure projects in Hanoi and is exploring investment opportunities in several northern provinces as well as cities.
At the meeting, Mr. Yan Jiehe, founder of Pacific Construction Group, expressed the group’s interest in cooperating with Dak Lak province in infrastructure investment projects, particularly transport infrastructure. The enterprise committed that, if selected to participate in projects in Dak Lak, it would ensure construction quality, shorten project timelines, reduce investment costs, and enhance project efficiency, thereby contributing to local socio-eco development.

After hearing Mr. Yan Jiehe’s remarks, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Luong Nguyen Minh Triet expressed his pleasure in welcoming the Pacific Construction Group delegation to Dak Lak to explore cooperation and investment opportunities. The Provincial Party Secretary noted that, following the administrative merger, Dak Lak province’s development space has been expanded. The locality holds considerable development potential, particularly in high-tech agriculture, agro-forestry-fishery processing, renewable energy, tourism, and urban development. In this context, the province aims to attract capable investors with long-term vision and accompany them in implementing investment projects
Dak Lak province will carefully study the cooperation and investment proposals put forward by Pacific Construction Group, while directing relevant agencies to coordinate closely to promote research and the implementation of potential cooperation initiatives in the coming period.
Dak Lak province also commits to accompanying the group, maintaining close coordination and promptly addressing any difficulties arising during cooperation and investment project implementation, thereby contributing to the provincial socio-eco development and to the country’s overall development in the new era.
