This marks the first occasion on which the Provincial Party Executive Committee has embedded an action theme within the Resolution outlining the year’s orientations and duties. The theme comprises three components that comprehensively cover the essential elements, demonstrating the resolve of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Organization in delivering breakthroughs throughout every sphere in 2026. Specifically:

Strengthening discipline and order: The central emphasis lies in reinforcing administrative discipline alongside Party discipline, thereby establishing the most favorable environment for citizens as well as enterprises; accelerating administrative reform, reducing procedural steps; improving the efficiency in carrying out guidelines alongside decisions promulgated by Party committees plus authorities at all tiers.

It stands as the central objective reflecting the comprehensive vision articulated in the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, which we are resolute in accomplishing. From the outset of the tenure, the province established a target of achieving a growth rate of 10% or above in 2026 in pursuit of this aim. This constitutes a highly demanding undertaking, marked by numerous difficulties and challenges; nevertheless, it remains a political objective requiring firm resolve, considerable effort, plus decisive action across the entire political system for effective execution and successful attainment of the planned targets.

Alongside mobilizing all available resources to address the consequences of natural disasters, the province has identified the need to promptly roll out highly action-oriented measures; carry out comprehensive reviews of each growth driver, development headroom, plus the potential across sectors and fields; then immediately formulate detailed growth scenarios for execution.

Within this framework, the industrial-construction sector is defined as the principal growth engine, associated with commissioning energy projects, hastening the development of industrial-park infrastructure, as well as expediting key construction works.
