Se Re Pok Border Guard Station is one of 11 armed force units in the province conducting voting one day earlier than the nationwide election day. The unit is tasked with managing and protecting national sovereignty as well as border security along a 14.695 km stretch of the border with Mondulkiri province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
From early morning, the polling area was arranged in an orderly manner in accordance with regulations. Posters, slogans, the voter list, and the brief biographies of candidates were fully displayed, enabling officers and soldiers to review them before voting. Preparations were carried out carefully, ensuring adequate facilities for voters participating in the ballot.
The atmosphere at the polling station was serious and orderly, following legal procedures while ensuring democracy and safety.

In addition to the main polling area, Se Re Pok Border Guard Station arranged a mobile ballot box delivered to border outposts so that officers and soldiers on duty could exercise their rights and obligations as citizens.
At the polling station, Provincial Party Secretary, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet visited and encouraged officers, soldiers, and voters participating in the election, sharing the joy that ballots cast on the frontline of the border contribute to the nationwide atmosphere of the election.
According to reporters at the polling station, each officer and soldier showed a strong sense of seriousness as well as responsibility when participating in the election.
Private Vo Duy Van, a soldier of the Armed Unit at Se Re Pok Border Guard Station, shared: “My hometown is Tuy Hoa ward, nearly 200 km from the unit. Holding a ballot for the first time is a very special feeling for me. I clearly feel that I am participating in an important political event of the nation. In recent days, through meetings and communication activities organised by the unit, I have carefully studied information about the candidates, read their biographies, and followed their action programmes in order to make the right choice when voting”.

About 5 km from the main polling area, at a border checkpoint, Captain Phan Van Hoang of the Anti - Drug and Crime Prevention Team also exercised his civic right through a mobile ballot box brought by the unit. He said that the arrangement of the mobile ballot box enables officers on duty at distant checkpoints to participate fully in the election.
The organisation of early voting at the Se Re Pok Border Guard Station not only ensures the rights and obligations of officers alongside soldiers performing duties on the frontline of the border, but also contributes to ensuring that the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure is conducted democratically, safely, and in accordance with the law, truly becoming a major festival of the entire people.
