Bringing eight products bearing the distinct imprint of Dak Lak to the fair, Mr. Tran Quang Vu, Chairman of Organic Nopal Vietnam JSC, Hoa Hiep ward, said the company’s products are made from cactus grown in the provincial eastern coastal areas. “Recognising practical activities of this fair, I decided to participate to widely promote local specialty products. All products showcased here have been recognised as OCOP products and S&T products, affirming the company’s quality along with dedication”, he emphasised.
Among the key agricultural products, Le Son coffee brand in Ea Kar commune has created its own mark by offering on-site tastings at its booth. According to Mr. Le Vu Dong, Director of Le Son Coffee Trading and Production Co., Ltd., directly promoting Central Highlands coffee at the fair is a valuable opportunity for enterprises to gather customer feedback.
Stimulating tourism and trade
In addition to commercial together with culinary spaces, the organising committee has reserved dedicated areas to honour artisans and traditional craft villages. Visitors can not only observe but also receive hands-on guidance from artisans on each meticulous step to weave sedge mats, vibrant brocade fabrics, or knit durable fishing nets for offshore use.
Ms. Tran Thi Than, a resident of a fishing village in Tuy An Nam commune, shared: “With the desire to introduce our traditional net-weaving craft to visitors, especially younger generations, I joined the booth promoting our local craft village. I believe numerous visitors will be interested in this craft and feel the warmth of fishing community”.

I was particularly impressed by lithophone sounds and brocade weaving techniques, so I spent considerable time exploring the exhibition area”.
According to Mr. Le Phuc Long, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the fair marks the launch and official announcement of a series of activities and events to stimulate tourism demand throughout 2026, commemorating the 51st anniversary of Phu Yen Liberation Day, April 1, 1975 - April 1, 2026. It provides an opportunity for tourism, trade, and agricultural enterprises to exchange, connect, expand cooperation, as well as promote sustainable tourism development through cultural and tourism promotion activities.
