In Buon Ho ward, local leaders regularly organise working delegations to villages and residential groups to meet with residents, engage in dialogue and grasp their thoughts, aspirations and living conditions. Through these interactions, local officials promptly address public concerns, while also exchanging views, providing orientation and seeking effective and timely solutions.

It can be affirmed that the two-tier local government model not only shortens administrative procedures, the effectiveness of government is measured not only by the number of dossiers processed, but also by social stability and community cohesion.

Following a major turning point marked by mergers and planning adjustments, Dak Lak is now standing before a significant opportunity for breakthrough development. From its distinctive advantages, the province is gradually transforming potential into strong driving forces, with the determination to become a regional bright spot in socio-economic development.

Innovative thinking and the aspiration to rise have become the guiding principle for all actions. The province is no longer merely exploiting existing advantages, but is proactively creating new values. In this process of transformation, beyond starting with administrative procedure reform, removing legal barriers and building a competitive, friendly and transparent investment environment, people are identified as the central factor. On that basis, Dak Lak is investing strongly in education and vocational training to create a high-quality workforce that meets the requirements of the new labour market. In parallel, the province has identified that upgrading transport infrastructure, forming growth poles and economic zones, industrial, urban and service zones, and accelerating the development of science and technology, innovation and digital transformation will provide the foundation for a dynamic and modern economy.

The Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term also sets out the overarching objective to 2030 of effectively exploiting and promoting potentials, advantages, ethnic cultural identities and new development spaces in order to achieve rapid and sustainable development, continuing to innovate the growth model based on science and technology, innovation, green economy, circular economy and digital economy, while closely combining economic development with the assurance of social security and the improvement of the quality of life of the people.
