He wished Mr Ngo Sau and his family a joyful and warm spring, encouraging him to continue upholding his exemplary spirit, motivating children and grandchildren to strive in work and study, and contributing to the increasingly robust development of the homeland.

The working delegation then visited and extended Tet greetings to Phu Yen Urban Environment JSC, a unit playing an important role in environmental sanitation and urban embellishment, particularly during the Lunar New Year period.

The Provincial Party Secretary acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility shown by the company’s collective of officials and workers, especially their efforts to remediate environmental conditions following recent floods, contributing to the maintenance of a green, clean and beautiful landscape, as well as Tet decoration activities in localities in the eastern part of the province. He encouraged workers to continue overcoming difficulties and fulfilling assigned tasks effectively, while requesting the company to pay greater attention to working conditions and policy regimes so that workers can feel secure in long-term attachment to the enterprise.

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary presented Tet gifts to the company and to workers performing sanitation and decoration duties along the flower street in Tuy Hoa ward.

During a visit and Tet greeting at Phu Yen General Hospital, the Provincial Party Secretary listened to the hospital’s leadership report on recent medical examination and treatment activities, particularly orientations to improve treatment quality and to build the hospital into a key medical facility of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary highly valued the efforts of doctors and medical staff in caring for the people’s health, especially amid the context of rising demand for medical services and increasingly stringent requirements for healthcare service quality.

He requested Phu Yen General Hospital to continue promoting its position as one of the locality’s terminal-level hospitals, moving towards the development of high-quality examination and treatment centres, mastering advanced techniques, and minimising patient referrals to distant higher-level facilities. He also paid attention to the requirement to develop grassroots healthcare in the coming period, in line with the objective of improving the quality of primary healthcare for the people, particularly through support for adequate staffing at commune- and ward-level health stations.
