Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, extends Lunar New Year greetings to union members and workers of Long Son JSC

At Long Son Joint Stock Company (JSC) in Dong Hoa Ward, the Provincial Labour Federation organised a visit by provincial leaders to extend Lunar New Year greetings and present gifts to union members, workers, and the enterprise on the occasion of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026.

At the program, leaders of Long Son JSC delivered a brief report on the company’s production and business performance in 2025, as well as its orientations and tasks for 2026; simultaneously, provided updates on employment, workers’ incomes, and activities to care for the material and spiritual well-being of employees during the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo.

Addressing the programme, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, conveyed New Year greetings to the leadership, officials, union members, alongside workers of Long Son JSC. She noted the difficulties, hardships faced by employees throughout production and business activities, particularly during the recent floods, while also acknowledging their resilience, strong sense of responsibility, plus steadfast commitment to the enterprise.

Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An urged Long Son JSC to place stronger emphasis on improving workers’ living conditions, safeguarding their legitimate rights as well as interests, fostering harmonious, stable, progressive labour relations, and creating favourable conditions that enable employees to stay committed, excel in production, and help enhance the enterprise’s productivity, quality, plus overall operational efficiency.

Regarding trade union organisations, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An urged trade unions at all levels to further enhance their representative role in caring for and safeguarding the lawful rights along with interests of union members and workers, while promptly understanding their thoughts and aspirations, particularly during the Tet holiday, thereby enabling the implementation of practical and effective support activities.
