On March 17, the Provincial Election Committee announced the list of 84 deputies to the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council, 2026 - 2031 tenure. In response to voter trust alongside new responsibilities, the deputies expressed their honour while affirming their determination to fulfil their role as representatives of the will and aspirations of the people. Being trusted by voters to continue serving as a deputy to the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council for the 2026 - 2031 tenure is a great honour and also a significant responsibility before the Party organisation and the people of the province. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to voters for their trust and confidence reflected in each ballot cast.
I am always mindful that each vote represents not only a choice but also public expectations toward their representatives. Therefore, I will fully uphold the role of a Provincial People’s Council deputy, maintain close contact with voters, listen to their thoughts and aspirations, as well as handle issues in accordance with regulations, thereby protecting the lawful and legitimate rights alongside interests of the people.
Together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Council and fellow deputies, I will continue to innovate while improving the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Council’s operations, promote democracy, as well as enhance proactive and creative performance of duties. Priority will be given to reforming and enhancing supervisory activities in a constructive manner, ensuring follow-through besides focusing on key issues and breakthrough tasks of the province. Resolutions will be issued in line with practical realities, creating momentum for socio-eco development while ensuring national defence and security.
In coordination with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Board, as well as the entire provincial Party organisation, we will unite in leadership and direction to achieve the highest possible outcomes for the goals alongside targets set out in the Resolution of the first Dak Lak Provincial Party Congress, thereby contributing significantly to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. In this regard, priority will be given to promoting a new growth model based on science and technology, innovation, as well as digital transformation; enhancing the effectiveness of the two-tier local government model; and advancing economic growth in tandem with environmental protection, improving the investment climate, as well as preserving and promoting the cultural identity of ethnic groups.
As a deputy of the Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council for the 2026 - 2031 tenure, I am firmly committed to the principle that commitments must be fulfilled in full. Promises must not be made merely to win election; instead, concrete actions must follow to uphold voter trust.

“This is the third term in which I have been trusted by voters to serve as a deputy to the Provincial People’s Council. For me, it is not only a great honour but also a great responsibility before voters and the people, as well as an opportunity to continue contributing to provincial development.
I am deeply aware that elected representatives serve as an important bridge between the Party’s will and the people’s aspirations, with the responsibility to reflect legitimate voter concerns and wishes to Party committees together with authorities at all levels. Therefore, I will remain close to the people, maintain strong ties with them, and stay grounded at the grassroots level to effectively fulfil my duties as a people’s representative.
During this term, I commit to working with the Provincial People’s Council to implement the guidelines, policies, alongside resolutions of both the central and local levels in order to promote socio-eco development, guided by the objective of “development for stability and stability for development”, aiming for double-digit growth in line with the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress. The focus will be on strengthening the great national unity bloc; improving the material as well as spiritual life of the people; advancing education, healthcare, culture, and science; promoting innovation and digital transformation; protecting the environment; resolutely combating corruption and wastefulness; together with firmly safeguarding national defence and security.
With the trust and mandate of voters, I will make every effort to fulfil my duties, contributing to the building of an increasingly clean and strong government, for the comprehensive development of the province and the ever-improving, prosperous, and happy life for the people”.

Being trusted by voters to serve as a ward-level People’s Council deputy for the 2026 - 2031 tenure is both a great honour and a significant responsibility. I will strive to fulfil my role and responsibilities as a deputy, maintain close contact with voters, listen closely, and accurately convey their legitimate concerns as well as aspirations to competent authorities.
I recognise that voter engagement should not be limited to periodic meetings but must also involve proactive, direct interaction with residents to promptly identify issues real-life issues. Simultaneously, I will strengthen the supervisory role of a People’s Council deputy over state management agencies, particularly in addressing voters’ petitions, ensuring follow-through so that their feedback and recommendations are resolved promptly and in accordance with regulations.
Together with the ward leadership, I will focus on building an effective, efficient local government apparatus that is close to the people and serves them effectively. Priority will be given to improving administrative reform, creating favourable conditions for residents alongside enterprises to handle procedures quickly and transparently.
I believe that, with the unity of the political system and the people, along with the responsibility of each People’s Council deputy, Tuy Hoa ward will continue to develop in a stable and sustainable manner, worthy of its role as a central area contributing positively to the overall development across the eastern region of Dak Lak province.

Being trusted by voters to serve as a deputy to the Provincial People’s Council, I fully recognise that this role as not only an honour but also a major responsibility before the Party, the State, and the people. I will strictly fulfil the responsibilities of a people’s representative by regularly engaging with voters, listening closely and faithfully reflecting their legitimate opinions and recommendations; actively participating in decision-making and supervisory activities of the People’s Council; as well as proposing practical and feasible policies aimed at sustainable development.
I will advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People’s Council, together with the PPC on building forces, potential, and military posture within the provincial defensive zone; developing a regular, elite, and modern provincial armed force capable of fulfilling its functions as a combat force, a working force, alongside a production labour force, remaining ready to fight and sacrifice to firmly safeguard national sovereignty in all circumstances.
I will closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and local mass organisations to promptly implement policies for beneficiaries, policy families, cadres, soldiers, and the military rear in accordance with decisions of the Prime Minister. Simultaneously, the provincial armed forces will continue to promote their role in mass mobilisation, participate in building new-style rural areas, poverty reduction, while being promptly present in critical and hazardous areas to assist people in disaster prevention, mitigation, recovery, as well as search and rescue.
