Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, comrade Do Huu Huy, appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dak Lak PPC for the 2025 - 2030 term

On the morning of March 20, the PPC Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel appointments to the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, along with the position of the PPC Party Committee Secretary for the 2025 - 2030 tenure.

At the event, comrade Luu Vinh Hung, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organisation Commission, announced Decision No. 180-QD/TU dated March 19, 2026, issued by the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee. Accordingly, comrade Do Huu Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, was appointed to the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, and assigned the role of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Dak Lak PPC for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Delivering remarks while assigning tasks, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, extended congratulations to comrade Do Huu Huy.

He emphasised that the PPC Party Organisation holds particularly important responsibilities, serving as the leading body directing tasks of decisive significance for socio-eco development, while ensuring national defence and security across the province. It is also accountable to the Provincial Party Organisation for advising on key issues and major sectors.

Comrade Do Huu Huy, a centrally assigned cadre with extensive experience gained through various key positions, is expected to bring renewed thinking, a forward-looking vision, and innovative, breakthrough approaches. He should fully promote his leadership role as well as responsibility to address existing bottlenecks facing the province.

For the collective leadership of the PPC Party Committee, it is essential to continue fostering unity, consensus, and close coordination, while providing active support as well as sound advice to enable comrade Do Huu Huy to successfully fulfil his assigned duties.

Delivering remarks upon assuming his new responsibilities, comrade Do Huu Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, expressed his honour at being entrusted with membership in the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, along with appointment as Secretary of the PPC Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 tenure.

In his assigned role, he affirmed his commitment to maintaining firm political integrity, absolute loyalty to the Party, and strict compliance with regulations as well as rules set by the Central Committee alongside the Provincial Party Committee. He emphasised matching words with actions, working in a disciplined, responsible manner, and joining the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, together with the Standing Board of the Party Committee to build a united, cohesive leadership collective acting decisively and effectively. The goal is to successfully implement the Resolution of the first Provincial Party Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term and the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, while upholding leadership roles marked by clear responsibilities, defined tasks, as well as measurable outcomes.

Comrade Do Huu Huy also noted that he will focus on strengthening the effectiveness and efficiency of the PPC Party Committee’s operations, advancing administrative reform together with digital transformation, and building a truly facilitative, service-oriented, integrity-driven administration that is action-focused and centred on citizens as well as enterprises as the key benchmark. He stressed the need to reinforce administrative discipline, enhance inspection and supervision, alongside firmly address any signs of avoidance, shirking responsibility, or delays in public service performance, while encouraging, appointing, as well as protecting officials who dare to think and act for the common good.

Simultaneously, priority will be given to developing a contingent of officials aligned with practical capacity and experience, possessing sufficient qualities, competence, alongside credibility to fulfil assigned tasks, while maintaining close ties with the people, listening attentively, and promptly addressing legitimate concerns raised by citizens as well as businesses.
