Comrade Do Huu Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and PPC Chairman, has chaired a working session with BIN Corporation Group JSC regarding its proposal to survey together with invest in a large-scale high-tech and renewable energy project complex in Ea Sup commune together with Ea Wer commune.

At the meeting, BIN Corporation Group presented its proposal for the “AI Data Centre - Renewable Energy - High-Tech Human Resource Training Complex”, planned to be located in Ea Sup commune. The project has a research scale of 458.8 hectares, with total investment estimated at approximately 3 billion USD (equivalent to 78 trillion VND), as well as will be implemented in three phases from 2026 to beyond 2030. The project will operate under a model of 100% self-generated and self-consumed energy.
In Ea Wer commune, the group proposed allocating 299 hectares for a medium-scale data centre equipped with 2,000 - 3,000 specialised GPUs, expected to be completed within 12 - 18 months.
BIN Corporation Group committed to commencing construction immediately upon receipt of necessary permits, prioritising all resources to position Dak Lak project as a leading regional gateway for AI exports.

PPC Chairman Do Huu Huy appreciated the Group’s breakthrough concept, particularly its shift in mindset from “selling raw electricity” to generating high value-added digital resources.
To expedite project implementation, the PPC Chairman assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to coordinate with relevant units to review as well as survey land locations in Ea Sup commune and Ea Wer commune, maximising solar alongside wind potential for clean energy development. The Department of Finance was tasked to act as the focal point, working closely with the investor to review procedures related to land use and technical infrastructure.
The PPC Chairman required the investor to demonstrate outstanding economic and technological feasibilitya the PPC Office to closely follow the working agenda along with ensure continuous support for the enterprise throughout the survey along with implementation process.
