To realise these ambitions, the province will continue implementing a coordinated package of key measures. Investment promotion approaches will be renewed and closely linked to the selectively targeted investment project portfolio for 2026 - 2030, with priority given to projects employing advanced, environmentally friendly technologies while generating high added value. Simultaneously, the province will accelerate digital transformation and AI adoption by developing digital databases covering the investment environment, available land together with investment project portfolios. These resources are expected to improve transparency and make relevant information more accessible to prospective investors.
Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and head of the provincial delegation to the National Assembly, said departments, agencies combined with local authorities should work closely with investors to provide support, guidance and coordination, enabling projects that have received investment policy approval or been covered by memoranda of understanding to move swiftly into implementation. He stressed the need to translate these commitments into tangible projects and concrete outputs that actively contribute to the provincial socio-eco development as well as help achieve its double-digit growth target.
