Along with tens of millions of voters across the country, on March 15 voters in Dak Lak province cast their ballots to elect deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure.
Amid the stirring atmosphere of the historic days in March, on March 15, more than 2.2 million voters across Dak Lak Province eagerly exercised civic rights as well as obligations.
On the morning of March 15, in the vibrant atmosphere of the election day for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure, numerous voters at Polling Station No. 24, located at Ngo Quyen Primary school in Buon Ma Thuot ward, arrived early to exercise their civic rights.
Looking ahead, the National Assembly will continue to shoulder major responsibilities and face new challenges. It will pursue comprehensive reforms to enhance its legislative, supervisory and decision-making capacity on key national issues
The use of digital platforms has facilitated many stages of the process, including candidate nominations and consultations. Candidates have been able to submit application dossiers electronically, which has made procedures more convenient and efficient.
The choosing of capable and dedicated representatives is expected to further strengthen public trust and lay a solid institutional foundation for Vietnam to advance towards rapid, sustainable development and deeper global integration in the coming period.
