The Provincial Party Secretary emphasised that the election must be organised in strict compliance with legal regulations while upholding the principle of democratic centralism. From organising voters to cast their ballots to the vote-counting process, all procedures must be conducted safely and rigorously, ensuring no errors occur. He also called on localities to intensify emulation movements and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the public, contributing to the successful election organisation so that election day truly becomes a nationwide festival of the people.
