With a proactive spirit and strong determination, the provincial Party Organisation is urgently translating the 14th National Party Congress Resolution into concrete action programmes.

No delays, no formalism

Immediately after the 14th National Party Congress Resolution was issued, the Provincial Party Committee promptly developed as well as implemented Action Programme No. 11. The programme clearly defines its overarching objective as fully and comprehensively translating major viewpoints alongside orientations of the 14th Congress, closely aligned with the Provincial Party Congress Resolution for the 2025 - 2030 tenure.

A notable feature is the action motto: “right selection - rapid implementation - thorough execution - measurable outcomes”, taking implementation effectiveness along with satisfaction of citizens along with enterprises as benchmark. The province also sets stringent requirements for administrative discipline and order, emphasising leadership accountability, while implementing tasks under the principle of “six clarities”: clear personnel, clear tasks, clear timelines, clear responsibilities, clear authority and clear outcomes.

According to comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the 14th National Party Congress Resolution has outlined major directions together with a long-term vision for national development. For Dak Lak, priority lies in translating the resolution into practical, effective actions suited to local conditions. Each Party committee, organisation, cadre as well as Party member must fully recognise their responsibility, demonstrate strong political resolve, act decisively, while avoiding delay or formalism, with results as the ultimate measure.

In particular, as the province targets double-digit growth in the coming period, it must fundamentally renew thinking as well as approaches, focus on removing bottlenecks, while mobilising and effectively utilising all resources to create breakthroughs in development. The final outcomes must be reflected in high, sustainable economic growth, alongside improved living standards and the satisfaction of citizens together with enterprises, thereby affirming Dak Lak’s determination to realise goals of the 14th National Party Congress Resolution.

Following closely the Provincial Party Committee’s Action Programme, localities have swiftly developed implementation plans, clearly identifying key tasks and breakthrough areas suited to their specific conditions.

Comrade Tran Phu Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of Buon Ma Thuot ward, stated that the locality is focusing on building a green, smart, modern urban area rich in identity. The priority is to enhance governance effectiveness and efficiency, streamline apparatus, tighten discipline, as well as promote administrative reform associated with digital transformation, taking public satisfaction as the benchmark. Simultaneously, Buon Ma Thuot is orienting its economy towards trade and services, promoting digital as well as night-time economies, effectively tapping potential of cultural and agricultural tourism, alongside linking growth with environmental protection and sustainable development.

For Tay Hoa commune, according to comrade Phan Xuan Hanh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Council of the commune, the locality aims for rapid along with sustainable development associated with improving people’s living standards, ensuring national defence and security, while building a strong political system. He emphasised that implementing the resolution must go beyond study and dissemination, as well as be translated into concrete actions at each village as well as sectors, with a focus on removing bottlenecks, particularly in production, land, and people’s livelihoods.
