Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputies’ Delegation, chaired a working session with a delegation representing Embassy of United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Vietnam, led by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Dr. Bader Abdulla Al Matrooshi, during their visit as well as field survey in locality.
At the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet expressed pleasure in welcoming the Ambassador alongside delegation exploring cooperation and investment opportunities in Dak Lak. He noted that the visit takes place amid steadily expanding friendship together with cooperation between Vietnam and UAE, especially as both countries accelerate implementation under Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), opening up new prospects for collaboration among localities as well as enterprises.

Highlighting potential and advantages, he stated that Dak Lak ranks third nationwide by area, featuring diverse ecosystems, abundant resources alongside significant room for growth. The province is oriented towards development based on key pillars, including high-tech agriculture, processing industry, renewable energy, logistics services, coupled with marine economy in eastern region.
He also appreciated the delegation’s field survey across several strategic locations with strong potential for seaport development, logistics, energy along with tourism. The province commits to facilitating investors throughout project exploration and implementation, while strengthening connectivity and investment promotion to soon realise cooperation opportunities. Combining strengths from UAE enterprises with Dak Lak’s potential, both sides possess favourable conditions for mutually beneficial, efficient sustainable partnerships.
Addressing the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Bader Abdulla Al Matrooshi expressed his impression of Dak Lak’s development potential, particularly across seaports, energy as well as tourism. He noted that cooperation between Vietnam and UAE has been continuously strengthened, with trade expanding robustly. UAE stands ready to enhance connections, support businesses and investors in exploring suitable projects in Dak Lak, while continuing to introduce major corporations in seaports, logistics, aviation and energy to survey as well as invest in the province.
Both sides agreed to intensify information exchange combined with advance investment promotion efforts in coming period, contributing to more substantive, effective, long-term cooperation between Dak Lak together with UAE partners.
