To translate its commitments to investors into tangible outcomes while accelerating project implementation, the Dak Lak PPC has issued a decision establishing a Task Force to Monitor and Support Projects following the 2026 Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference (hereinafter referred to as the Task Force).
The establishment of the Task Force implements the direction of the Provincial Party Standing Committee. It serves as the lead body responsible for accompanying investors, monitoring project implementation alongside resolving issues arising throughout project execution.
The Task Force is headed by PPC Vice Chairman, comrade Truong Cong Thai, with Director of the Department of Finance, comrade Cao Dinh Huy serving as Deputy Head. Its membership comprises leaders of key provincial departments and agencies, together with relevant specialised management bodies, ensuring dedicated and effective support for investment projects.

The Task Force is tasked with monitoring, expediting as well as supervising the implementation of 147 projects announced at the Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference 2026. These comprise 25 projects granted investment policy approval decisions, three projects receiving survey approval, along with 119 projects covered by memoranda of understanding signed with 75 investors.
To maximise support for enterprises, the Task Force will prioritise promptly handling issues relating to land, construction combined with environmental procedures. In particular, these administrative procedures will be processed under a "green lane" mechanism designed to shorten processing times while creating the most favourable conditions for investors.
The Task Force will operate under the principles of collective leadership and democratic decision-making while emphasising the individual accountability of each member for assigned projects. Monthly meetings will review implementation progress, evaluate project performance and propose solutions to outstanding issues. Quarterly reports will subsequently be submitted to the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
The establishment of the Task Force underscores Dak Lak’s strong political commitment to improving the investment coupled with business environment. It also represents a concrete step towards fulfilling commitments made at the Provincial Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference, laying a solid foundation for the provincial breakthrough socio-eco development in the coming period.
