| An overview of the meeting. |
Despite these outcomes, project implementation still faces several shortcomings. Project dossiers are being completed behind schedule, while the process of seeking opinions from relevant agencies and preparing feasibility study as well as economic - technical reports has not met the required deadlines. Data updates on the Dashboard system also remain incomplete in some localities.
PPC Permanent Vice Chairwoman, comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao called on localities and agencies to step up efforts to accelerate the implementation of STIDT tasks together with projects. Relevant departments and sectors were urged to coordinate closely as well as effectively seek professional opinions and agreements during project implementation. Heads of agencies, units combined with localities must take greater responsibility and use STIDT budget disbursement results as a criterion for evaluating their 2026 key performance indicators (KPIs).
