Promoting their pioneering along with exemplary role, young Party members have become a bridge supporting people in accessing and using digital utilities. Numerous practical models combined with tasks have been effectively implemented by young Party members, including assisting people in installing and using the VNeID electronic identification application; guiding people through online public services; while promoting cashless payments; supporting the information updates on digital platforms, etc.

In reality, from localities, young Party members are playing a core role in applying technology to daily operations. As one of the active young Party members in the digital transformation movement, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Kieu Hoa, Secretary of the Youth Union of Cu Bao ward, has demonstrated a pioneering and exemplary spirit in learning, improving her IT expertise, digital skills, as well as responsibility in cyberspace. Furthermore, Kieu Hoa actively spreads the spirit of innovation and creativity; while combating misinformation, contributing to building a healthy, safe, together with civilized online environment.

Comrade Nguyen Van Ut, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Cu Bao ward, shared: “Young Party members are very dynamic and quick to adapt to technology. During implementing digital transformation at the grassroots level, they are the core force directly supporting people in practicing while helping policies translate into practical outcomes. The effective operation of community digital technology groups in villages, hamlets, and residential areas is also thanks to the active participation of this force.”

Similarly, in Lien Son Lak commune, young Party members have become the main force in the 4.0 revolution, acting as the “locomotive” leading the digital transformation work at the grassroots level, affirming their pioneering role and youthful dynamism in S&T. Young Party members have provided strong support to local authorities in administrative reform alongside the development of digital government, from assisting and guiding citizens in carrying out administrative procedures at the Public Service Center to helping people install payment applications as well as enhancing community digital capacity, etc.

It can be said that, in the process of digital transformation at the grassroots level, the team of young Party members are the ones “igniting” the flame to promote innovation. Continuing to promote their role and create conditions for their development will be a crucial factor in deepening digital transformation, bringing practical results, along with aiming towards building a digital government, digital economy, and digital society right from the grassroots.
