To mark the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947-2026), Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial People's Council held a programme in Tuy Hoa Ward honouring policy beneficiary families alongside people with meritorious service through visits, encouragement and gift presentations.

Addressing the event, comrade Cao Thi Hoa An expressed profound gratitude towards policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious service for their invaluable contributions as well as sacrifices during the struggle for national liberation, nation-building and national defence. She affirmed that Party, State together with Dak Lak Province consistently attach great importance to gratitude programmes, while continuing to improve both material conditions and spiritual well-being for people with meritorious service together with their families, thereby preserving the national enduring tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source".

On this occasion, Standing Committee of Provincial People's Council presented 60 cash gifts worth 1 million VND each to policy beneficiary families alongside people with meritorious service in Tuy Hoa Ward.

The programme reflected deep gratitude, responsibility and respect demonstrated by Party organisations, provincial authorities together with Provincial People's Council for those who devoted themselves and sacrificed their lives for national independence coupled with freedom.

Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An also extended her best wishes to policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious service, expressing hope they would remain in good health, continue upholding revolutionary traditions, encourage younger generations to study diligently, work productively as well as contribute to Dak Lak's continued development.
