Over the past three decades, the Coffee 15 Company has strived to innovate its strategy, investing hundreds of billions of dong in irrigation systems; while prioritizing product quality enhancement. In 2025, the company aims to build a 23-hectare organic coffee growing area according to international USDA and EU standards; the company officially commenced operations of its powdered coffee processing plant with a modern roasting, grinding, alongside packaging line, and a capacity of 200 kg/hour; the line has a total investment exceeding 10.5 billion VND. These significant milestones have opened up new avenues for product diversification, value enhancement, as well as created opportunities to expand the “Coffee 15” brand further in the market.
Since its establishment in 2000, KCP Vietnam Industrial LLC (Son Hoa commune) has made significant and steady progress. From an initial capacity of 2,500 tons of sugarcane per day, KCP expanded the capacity of its Son Hoa sugar factory to 10,000 tons of sugarcane daily, along with a 30MW biomass power project and increased the capacity of its Dong Xuan sugar factory to 1,000 tons of sugarcane per day.
KCP has created a model sugarcane “ecosystem” with record-breaking figures: efficiently managing over 26,700 hectares of raw material areas, purchasing 18.24 million tons of sugarcane, while supplying 1.93 million tons of finished products to the market. Beyond manufacturing, the company has demonstrated its multi-sector capabilities by connecting 735 million kWh of renewable energy to the grid. In particular, with 18.803 trillion VND paid for sugarcane and over 4.3 trillion VND for investment combined with subsidies for farmers, KCP has fully fulfilled its commitment to partnering with farmers, positioning itself as a leader in the market and contributing over 1.3 trillion VND to the national budget coupled with social welfare. Thanks to investment and technological improvements, KCP's Varella brand refined sugar has gained widespread recognition across the beverage alongside food-processing industries.

Recently, at the Vietnam-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Forum 2026, Lowen Beer brand of Saigon Beer - Central Vietnam JSC (SMB) was honored to receive the “ASEAN Strong Brand 2026” award. SMB has currently owned a system of three modern factories with a total production capacity of 220 million liters/year. In 2025, the company exported more than 150 containers of beer; pre-tax profit reached 222.3 billion VND, contributing 1.1 trillion VND to the state budget.
Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Chi, representative of SMB, shared: Aiming to become a national together with international brand, the company continues to focus on protecting its brand reputation through upgrading packaging designs; Developing the Lowen Beer brand image in conjunction with social responsibility activities and green production, etc.
