According to the report, numerous large-scale projects remain stalled due to significant difficulties combined with obstacles, particularly prolonged delays in land use implementation.
Following the inspection, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet pointed out that prolonged delays of key projects in Binh Kien ward have adversely affected land use efficiency, investment environment, and provincial growth targets. He emphasised that accelerating project progress is not only an economic development requirement but also an important political task, contributing to the realisation of the double-digit economic growth target for the 2026 - 2030 period. Accordingly, departments, sectors together with local authorities are required to strengthen responsibility, proactively review and classify each project in detail, together with implementing appropriate, decisive solutions.
The Provincial Party Secretary also required investors to commit to specific timelines, mobilise maximum resources, alongside focus on project implementation. Where capacity proves insufficient, investors must proactively propose solutions to avoid prolonged delays as well as waste of land resources.
