The year-end sprint requires not only strategic market acumen alongside technological integration in production but also effective capital-flow management together with liquidity to sustain business operations.
To resolve this challenge, the local commercial banking system has actively rolled out preferential credit packages, lowered lending rates, while flexibly applying asset appraisal criteria to ensure timely capital injection for year-end production.
Statistics indicate that by the end of September, total outstanding loans to the economy reached an estimated 291 trillion VND (an increase of 11.7% compared to the end of 2025), with approximately 60% of the outstanding balance carrying interest rates of 9% per year or lower. These positive outcomes stem from the management efforts of the State Bank - Region 11 Branch in boosting credit for production coupled with business activities as well as effectively maintaining bank-business linkage programs.
