On March 17, the Provincial Election Committee held a conference to announce the election results and the list of elected deputies to the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council, 2026 - 2031 tenure.

According to a report by the Provincial Election Committee, 2,118 out of 2,120 polling stations across the province opened for voting at the prescribed time, including 11 polling stations that conducted early voting on March 14, 2026.
A total of 2,269,715 voters cast ballots out of 2,270,554 registered voters, achieving a turnout rate of 99.96%, with 87 out of 102 communes and wards recording a 100% turnout. Voting activities at polling stations throughout the province were conducted in a vibrant, orderly and law-compliant manner, truly reflecting a nationwide civic event.
So far, the political security situation, as well as social order and safety across the province, remains stable, with no complex incidents related to the election.
At the conference, the Provincial Election Committee also reported on the results of the elections to the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels. Accordingly, 15 National Assembly deputies were allocated to Dak Lak province, and 15 candidates were elected, ensuring the full number in line with the prescribed structure and composition. The number of deputies allocated to the provincial People’s Council was 84, and 84 candidates were elected, ensuring the full number in line with the prescribed structure and composition. At the commune level, the number of People’s Council deputies to be elected was 2,444, with 2,443 candidates elected, one fewer than the prescribed structure.
The Provincial Election Committee also announced the list of 84 deputies to the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council, 2026 - 2031 tenure.

Addressing the conference, comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council as well as Chairwoman of the Provincial Election Committee, stated that, with a strong sense of responsibility, seriousness, democracy and strict compliance with the law, the elections of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 tenure in Dak Lak province had been carefully prepared and organised, ensuring safety, openness, transparency and overall success.
The 84 deputies to the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People’s Council, 2026 - 2031 tenure, elected with the confidence of voters, are individuals of strong integrity and capability, representing the will and aspirations of people from all ethnic groups in the province.
Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An expressed confidence and expectation that the newly elected deputies will uphold their sense of responsibility, maintain close ties with voters, faithfully reflect their opinions as well as recommendations, thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness in People’s Council’s operations.
Following this conference, the Provincial Election Committee will finalise documentation for submission to central agencies and continue implementing procedures in accordance with the law to certify eligibility of elected deputies to the provincial People’s Council.
