The Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee convened the fourth conference of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board in a hybrid format to review adjustments to Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision towards 2050, alongside the draft working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission during the first tenure, 2025 - 2030.

At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee Executive Board reviewed and commented on the proposed adjustments to the Provincial Planning. Delegates largely agreed with the draft revisions while also discussing income and export targets aligned with future development orientations. They proposed closer alignment with Resolution No. 36 of the Party Central Committee on the Strategy for Sustainable Development of Vietnam’s Marine Economy by 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The Provincial Party Committee Executive Board additionally reviewed the draft working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission for the first tenure, 2025 - 2030, proposing further revisions to ensure consistency and coherence with central regulations alongside practical implementation requirements.
Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet requested the PPC to finalise the dossier for the provincial planning adjustments, ensuring alignment with development orientations, clearly defined implementation priorities and sufficient flexibility throughout execution. Relevant sectors were instructed to proactively review related contents to complete the dossier for submission to the provincial People’s Council for consideration as well as approval at its May 26 session as scheduled.

Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet agreed to adjust the budget revenue growth rate in line with economic growth, raise export targets and update objectives relating to Resolution 36 on marine economic development. He also requested a review along with revision of data, place names and land areas to ensure accuracy. Moreover, he stressed the need to supplement planning for waste combined with wastewater treatment infrastructure, museum planning associated with cultural development, reviews of industrial clusters, completion of transport infrastructure to strengthen integrated province-wide connectivity. Further planning for hospitals, rehabilitation centres and social welfare facilities was also requested.
Regarding the draft working regulations of the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Commission, the Provincial Party Secretary requested further refinement, while also directing Party committees at all levels to review and adjust their own working regulations accordingly to ensure consistency during implementation.
He called on members of the Provincial Party Committee together with leaders of departments, agencies and localities to continue promoting responsibility alongside proactive coordination in effectively carrying out assigned tasks, ensuring both progress and quality in the coming period.
