Guided by the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party Organisation, authorities together with people of Dak Lak province have remained united, innovative and determined in building an increasingly prosperous as well as beautiful homeland.

Spreading exemplary models of studying and following Uncle Ho

In recent years, the study and implementation of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality alongside lifestyle have been carried out extensively and systematically across the province through a range of effective, creative combined with practical models. By closely integrating study and implementation of Uncle Ho’s teachings with political missions, professional duties along with patriotic emulation movements, numerous outstanding collectives and individuals have been commended as well as rewarded by authorities and sectors at all levels.

A notable example is the model “Dak Lak Public Security towards the grassroots, building strong bonds with the people” launched by the Provincial Public Security Party Committee, which was honoured at the 2025 Central Highlands and Central Region exchange programme recognising exemplary models in studying while following Uncle Ho’s teachings. Upholding the spirit of “Serving the people”, since 2024 the provincial Public Security force has organised nearly 200 grassroots-oriented activities, mobilised nearly 18 billion VND, delivered thousands of gifts to poor and disadvantaged households, as well as built numerous Gratitude houses coupled with Great Solidarity houses for local residents.

Major General Phan Thanh Tam, Director of the provincial Public Security Department, said emulation movements associated with studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings within the provincial police force had become increasingly substantive and effective, creating strong influence while shaping the image of police officers who stay close to, respect and wholeheartedly serve the people.

At the end of 2025, the Party Organisation of Dak Lak September 2 Import - Export One Member Co., Ltd. (Simexco Dak Lak) was among 10 outstanding collectives nationwide honoured at the programme “Ho Chi Minh - Journey of aspiration 2025”. The company’s Party Committee linked the study and implementation of Uncle Ho’s teachings with the “Five goods” model, comprising good learning, good labour, good solidarity, good efficiency alongside good living conditions for employees. The company also prioritised thrift practice while promoting the exemplary role of officials and Party members, especially leaders.

Mr. Thai Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the company, said Simexco Dak Lak has steadily strengthened its position among Vietnam’s leading coffee together with pepper export enterprises, contributing to raising agricultural product value and stabilising local livelihoods. In 2025, Simexco Dak Lak was recognised as “Best workplaces in Asia 2025”.

Firmly following Uncle Ho’s path

In recent years, the study along with implementation of Uncle Ho’s teachings in Dak Lak province have become an important driving force for socio-eco development, safeguarding national defence and security while improving people’s living standards.

According to comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial National Assembly Deputies’ Delegation, guided by Uncle Ho’s teachings, the Party Organisation, authorities together with people of Dak Lak have remained united, dynamic and creative, while effectively harnessing the provincial potential and advantages to promote socio-eco development, maintain national defence alongside security while improving living standards. During the 2026 - 2031 tenure, the province aims to achieve average annual economic growth of 11 - 11.5%.

To realise these goals, Dak Lak will continue building a contingent of officials with innovative thinking, aspirations for contribution and a spirit of serving the people; tighten administrative discipline as well as order; strengthen inspection and supervision; while promptly removing bottlenecks to unlock resources for growth.

With strong political determination, solidarity, innovation and aspirations for development, Dak Lak strives to make breakthrough progress during new tenure, gradually affirming its role as a regional centre alongside contributing more substantially to the development of the South Central Coast - Central Highlands region and the country as a whole.
