Implementing Politburo Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, the Party Committee of Dak Lak's provincial Party agencies has rolled out a comprehensive package of measures promoting the science and technology application (S&T), fostering innovation, while accelerating digital transformation (DX), generating positive changes to leadership, governance alongside administrative management.

As part of the nationwide "Digital Literacy for All" campaign and broader DX drive, Dak Lak Provincial People's Court Party Committee has reviewed as well as cleansed databases, upgraded its case management software, then synchronised information with the National Database. To date, 100% of case records and civil servant data across the provincial two-tier court system have been updated in accordance with requirements issued by Supreme People's Court.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Chung, Dak Lak Provincial People's Court Chief Judge, the court will introduce an integrated one-stop model for judicial administrative procedures (APs) while deploying the VN168 GovAI platform to enhance data utilisation, shorten case-processing times and expand AI applications in professional activities.

At Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy, DX has been comprehensively implemented through the Criminal Case Management System (CCMS). More than 3 billion VND has been invested in upgrading IT infrastructure. All civil servants have been provided with official government email accounts, while every eligible leader has received a digital signature. The procuracy also ranks among the country's six leading units in deploying the CCMS.

According to Mr. Pham Trung Thuan, Dak Lak Provincial People's Procuracy Chief Procurator, the sector will continue building a digital working environment, advancing data-driven governance and applying AI more effectively to improve the public prosecution quality, judicial oversight, alongside public service delivery.

Building modern Party organisations on a digital foundation

Standing Board of Party Committee of Dak Lak's provincial Party agencies has issued a series of plans along with directives, placing priority on advancing S&T, fostering innovation, while accelerating DX. Key initiatives include rolling out four Party administrative procedures on electronic platforms, guiding Party membership fee collection and payment through National Public Service Portal, expanding digital platforms across Party operations.

Leadership together with administrative activities throughout the Party organisation have currently been progressively digitalised. Most document processing is conducted electronically, while 100% of subordinate Party cells and Party organisations have been equipped with digital signatures, completed updates to the Party Member Database 4.0, as well as adopted the Electronic Party Member Handbook. Standing Board has also organised training programmes supporting implementation of four Party APs in a digital environment.

According to comrade Le Thi Kim Cuong, Full-time Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Dak Lak's Provincial Party agencies, the Party organisation will continue modernising its leadership model through digital technologies. Priorities include expanding online administrative processing, promoting paperless meetings, introducing comprehensive digital signatures, together with developing an intelligent governance system. Simultaneously, the committee will accelerate digitisation of Party member records, standardise and integrate databases, while building a contingent of cadres and Party members equipped with digital mindsets and competencies capable of meeting requirements of DX in the novel development phase.
