A delegation led by comrade Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman, visited as well as presented gifts to outstanding policy beneficiary families and people with meritorious service in Hoa Hiep Ward coupled with Hoa Xuan Commune, presenting gifts on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947-2026).
In Hoa Hiep Ward, PPC Chairman, comrade Do Huu Huy Huy visited families of war invalids Dinh Thi Nam and Nguyen Van Thanh before travelling to Hoa Xuan Commune to meet war invalids Nguyen Van Ngu along with Nguyen Ngoc Dung.
During the visits, the PPC Chairman warmly enquired about health and living conditions of war invalids, sick veterans, relatives of fallen soldiers, combined with other people with meritorious service. He also expressed profound gratitude for sacrifices alongside contributions made by previous generations in the struggle for national independence, freedom and people's well-being.

PPC Chairman reaffirmed that Party and State consistently attach great importance to preferential policies for people with meritorious service while continuing efforts to improve both material conditions together with spiritual well-being. He stressed that gratitude and support for those who contributed to the nation are not only responsibilities shared by Party organisations along with local authorities but also enduring moral values and a cherished national tradition that should continue to be preserved as well as promoted.
Comrade expressed hope that policy beneficiary families would continue upholding their revolutionary tradition, inspiring younger generations to study diligently, work productively, comply with Party guidelines and State laws, besides contributing to local socio-eco development.
The PPC Chairman also called on Party committees and local authorities in Hoa Hiep Ward together with Hoa Xuan Commune to continue implementing preferential policies fully as well as promptly, maintain close contact with beneficiary families, better understand their aspirations and living circumstances, while providing timely, appropriate assistance, particularly for those facing hardship. He further urged broader mobilisation of social resources, coupled with stronger implementation of the "Paying Gratitude" movement, further improving life quality for people with meritorious service together with their families.
