Comrade Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and the PPC Chairman, emphasized that the “Digital Literacy” movement is a crucial solution for raising digital awareness, universalizing digital skills, bringing technology to every individual together with household. Cadres, Party members, Youth Union members must take the lead in mastering technology as well as directly disseminating digital skills to the community along with residential areas.
The ability of every citizen to understand and utilize essential digital skills is increasingly becoming an indispensable need. The “Lifelong learning week” only truly become meaningful if the learning spirit is sustained as well as extends far beyond the launch activities; lifelong learning cannot be confined to a single week but must stem from each individual’s own intrinsic motivation.
