During the 2026 Lifelong Learning Week (held nationwide from October 1st to 7th, 2026), localities province-wide are actively guiding residents on the digital-tool usage in their work alongside daily lives, emphasizing learning for practical application, adaptability, together with life quality improvement.
Phu Mo commune is observing the 2026 Lifelong Learning Week with a focus on applying knowledge in practice and meeting the residents’ actual needs. The Communal Community Learning Center is organizing thematic classes on accessing online public services, ensuring online safety coupled with security, fraud prevention, e-commerce, personal financial management, technology applications in production and business activities.
Concurrently, the commune is developing a “Learning opportunity map” that identifies locations offering support for online public services along with digital skills. It is also mobilizing Youth Union members in coordination with community digital technology teams to provide enhanced support to groups with limited access to technology, including the elderly, ethnic minority communities, as well as residents in remote and isolated areas.

Mrs. La O Thi Sot, Head of Phu Tien village, stated: “Phu Tien village has 307 households; only five are Kinh, while the rest belong to the Cham ethnic group. Most residents are unfamiliar with online applications alongside services, so when providing support, we patiently offer detailed guidance. I, along with members of the village self-management board in conjunction with the community digital technology team, must also constantly self-learn combined with self-update our own skills to better assist the villagers”.
In Krong Nang commune, the learning spirit for digital technology utilization is reaching down to the village together with hamlet levels. In Thong Nhat village, the Party cell in coordination with the village management board established a “Digital transformation team” led by the Party cell secretary; beyond raising awareness about digital transformation, this team enables the local officials to improve their own technological skills to perform their duties more effectively.
Xuan Lanh commune is also striving to help every resident become a digital citizen, using essential applications confidently at work alongside daily life. The roles of community digital technology teams, the Youth Union, various associations combined with mass organizations are being fully leveraged to disseminate digital skills among the public.

Guided by the communal officials, Ms. Sau Thi Duong (Xi Thoai village, Xuan Lanh commune) along with other women from the Xi Thoai brocade weaving craft village have learned to post their weaving-process photos coupled with videos on their personal Facebook pages and the craft village’s fanpage to showcase as well as promote their products.
In Ea Pal commune, activities during the “Lifelong Learning Week” are tailored to specific target groups; in particular, producers alongside business owners receive guidance on using technology for promotion, customer outreach, together with agricultural product sales, while farmers learn how to find, apply latest solutions towards production and marketing to boost economic efficiency.
“When residents take the initiative to learn combined with practice, technology gradually becomes familiar alongside better serves their lives. This creates the foundation for the spirit of “genuine learning, practical application, technology mastery” to spread throughout the community,” affirmed comrade Nguyen Van Le, Vice Chairman of the Ea Pal Communal People’s Committee.
