The 2026 Dak Lak Planning Announcement and Investment Promotion Conference will officially take place on June 26-27. From PYTOPIA Convention Centre to venues hosting accompanying events, preparations have been completed for a landmark gathering expected to open up new development opportunities and attract strategic capital flows into the province.

Held under the theme “Dak Lak - Potential and Aspiration for Development”, the event is expected to bring together Government leaders, representatives from central ministries and agencies, provincial and municipal authorities, diplomatic missions, international organisations, economic experts, as well as a large contingent of domestic and foreign businesses and investors.

Under the programme, the conference will officially unveil Dak Lak’s development blueprint for the next phase, introduce investment incentives together with priority project portfolios, while creating a platform where policymakers, enterprises and experts can exchange perspectives on cooperation prospects and long-term growth strategies.

Alongside the main conference, a wide range of accompanying activities will be organised, including groundbreaking, inauguration and project launch ceremonies; specialised seminars on industrial parks and industrial clusters linked with deep-processing industries and interregional logistics; high-tech agriculture; digital transformation; sustainable business ecosystem development; as well as exhibitions showcasing outstanding rural industrial products and OCOP-certified products.

Among the most anticipated highlights is the Vietnam Private Economic Forum 2026 - Local Dialogue Session in Dak Lak. The forum will enable enterprises to engage directly with policymakers regarding investment conditions, regulatory frameworks and solutions addressing challenges facing production and business operations. Mr. Nguyen Huynh Vinh Huy, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, said the association has proactively coordinated with relevant agencies and organisations to prepare the forum agenda, aiming to create a practical, results-oriented dialogue platform.

“The business community has high expectations for this conference as it provides comprehensive insights into provincial development planning while offering direct access to local leaders. We hope recommendations from enterprises will be carefully considered, contributing further improve the investment climate and strengthen private-sector growth in the years ahead”, Mr Huy said.

In parallel with investment promotion activities, exhibition preparations have also been meticulously arranged. Display areas will feature signature local products, OCOP-certified products, planning maps illustrating adjustments to provincial development plans, alongside promotional materials highlighting Dak Lak’s investment potential. Notably, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association will host an art photography exhibition from June 24-27, helping showcase Dak Lak’s image, cultural richness and development aspirations to visitors and investors.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phuc, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, said most preparatory work had been completed. Organisers are currently conducting final reviews covering technical systems, logistics, protocol arrangements, security measures, and inter-agency coordination to ensure a successful conference that delivers its intended outcomes.
