Shaping a prosperous and liveable Dak Lak

Under the planning, Dak Lak aims to become a dynamic and fast-growing province by 2030, serving as a green economy hub alongside service centre for the South Central Coast and Central Highlands regions, as well as a distinctive destination for domestic together with international visitors.

Its growth model will be transformed through science and technology, innovation, coupled with digital transformation (STI & DX), green growth, circular economy and marine economy, while closely integrating socio-econ development with national defence alongside security.

“The new Dak Lak possesses an integrated development landscape stretching from the highlands to the coastline, connecting the Central Highlands with the South Central Coast. It encompasses forests, rivers, sea, border areas, urban centres, ports combined with expressways within a unified development framework. This is a “living” planning, a clear development roadmap and a strong commitment shared by authorities, enterprises together with people towards the future in which the province achieves double-digit growth, becomes greener, more digital, richer in identity and ensures that no one is left behind”.
