Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Dak Lak National Assembly Deputies Delegation, and Chairman of Steering Committee overseeing implementation of Dak Lak’s double-digit economic growth targets for 2026-2030, recently chaired a meeting with relevant agencies alongside units to review progress of several key projects and major works across the province.

During the meeting, leaders of departments, agencies together with localities reported on implementation progress of major projects, including Component Project 3 under Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway; Ea Tam irrigation reservoir; Phase 1 of coastal road project; route connecting Bai Goc Port with Van Phong Economic Zone in Khanh Hoa Province; Provincial Culture-Arts Centre; adjustment of Buon Ma Thuot City Master Plan through 2050; planning scheme for Ea Tam Lake urban centre; together with ODA-funded green urban development project in eastern area and along Ea Nao - Ea Tam stream corridor.

Overview of the meeting.

Many projects have so far achieved encouraging outcomes. Component Project 3 under Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway has completed 100% of site clearance along main alignment, while construction value reached 96.78%. Ea Tam irrigation reservoir has attained 67.21% of total construction volume. Coastal road project, Bai Goc Port connection route, planning schemes, alongside ODA-funded projects, are also being expedited. Nevertheless, implementation continues facing obstacles involving site clearance, relocation of technical infrastructure, compensation mechanisms and resettlement arrangements.

Concluding the session, Comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged efforts by departments, sectors, local authorities along with investors in implementing key provincial projects and works.

Provincial Party Secretary emphasised that ongoing projects hold major significance for infrastructure development, urban expansion and creation of fresh momentum for socio-eco growth. He therefore requested agencies coupled with localities to maintain strong focus, proactively coordinate solutions to remove bottlenecks, especially those related to site clearance, compensation, resettlement assistance and relocation of technical infrastructure, while accelerating construction schedules and ensuring project quality in accordance with approved plans.

Provincial Party Secretary, comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet assigned Dak Lak PPC to direct departments, sectors and local authorities to regularly monitor progress of each project, promptly resolve emerging issues as well as ensure fulfilment of assigned targets and tasks, thereby laying a solid foundation for rapid alongside sustainable economic growth in coming years.
