Designed with a strong practical focus, the programme equipped participants with skills for managing livestreams across e-commerce platforms and social media, covering scriptwriting, equipment setup, product presentation, customer engagement as well as order closing on TikTok Shop.

A substantial portion of the programme was dedicated to hands-on practice, enabling participants to independently set up livestreams, respond to real-time situations and refine their online sales techniques.

Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026 is not merely an opportunity to promote the provincial signature agricultural product but also a platform for testing novel models and approaches in digital trade promotion. The “One Commune, One KOL, KOC for Online Durian Sales” programme is among this year’s key festival highlights.

Training localities involved in the initiative aims to equip them with essential skills for effectively conducting livestream durian sales, while creating opportunities for commune and ward-level People's Committees to connect with e-commerce specialists alongside service providers. It also supports coordinated implementation of tasks assigned under Dak Lak Durian Festival 2026.
