DPV Dak Lak JSC recently held a conference to connect alongside promote investment in the Phu Xuan EZ.PARK Dak Lak 1 Industrial Park (IP). The event aimed to showcase the IP’s potential, advantages, partnership opportunities, with the goal of attracting secondary investors.

Phu Xuan IP spans a total area of 313.03 hectares, being developed across three phases. The first phase covers 66.33 hectares, with a total investment exceeding 800 billion VND. Currently, infrastructure construction for this phase is approximately 95% complete. It is expected that the first phase will be finished along with operational by the Q4 of 2026.

Addressing the conference, the PPC Chairman, comrade Do Huu Huy emphasized that the province envisions Phu Xuan IP as a key driver for industrial development in Dak Lak western region. The objective is to attract capable enterprises, establish processing chains, foster satellite business growth, while generating significant employment opportunities for the local population.

The provincial leaders, together with the project developer, handing over the memoranda of understanding to the enterprises.

The PPC Chairman directed the provincial departments, agencies, local authorities, together with the project developer to expedite legal requirements coupled with technical infrastructure, ensuring the project on schedule, providing transparent information regarding available services. Furthermore, he urged for accelerating administrative reform, proactively removing obstacles, creating favorable environment for businesses to access the site in coordination with implement their projects. Additionally, emphasis should be placed on human resource preparation alongside enterprise connection with local raw material suppliers, services, and auxiliary products. The province remains committed to facilitating favorable conditions for serious, capable investors with viable project implementation plans. On this occasion, the project developer presented MoUs coupled with investment certificates to the first group of enterprises investing in Phu Xuan IP.
