According to the Provincial Department of Finance, during the final week of October, Dak Lak implemented a series of decisive measures to accelerate public investment disbursement. Specifically, the PPC Chairman chaired two meetings with leaders of project management boards and major project investors to direct efforts towards speeding up project implementation along with capital disbursement.

The Department of Finance proactively held working sessions with project management boards to discuss measures to meet the October disbursement targets registered with the Ministry of Finance. It also reviewed and compiled detailed reports on projects facing difficulties coupled with obstacles for provincial leaders to inspect, urge progress and provide directions. Moreover, the department reviewed as well as promptly adjusted capital allocations, reallocating funds from projects with slow disbursement to those achieving better progress. As a result, disbursement value surged towards the end of October, enabling the province to fulfil its disbursement plan and exceed the target registered with the Ministry of Finance.

The province was allocated a total of 5.628 trillion VND in 2025 investment capital, for which the competent authorities approved an extension of the implementation and disbursement period. For 2026, the provincial total public investment plan exceeded 11.294 trillion VND, 1.255 trillion VND higher than the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
