Comrade Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman, conducted site inspections to review the progress on several projects province-wide.

The provincial leader inspected the Main Access Road to Hoa Phu Industrial Park, which stretches more than 1.4 km, with a total investment of nearly 95 billion VND from the provincial budget. To date, the entire road has been substantially completed, with final works on the bridge and culverts still under way..

The delegation also inspected the project to level the ground, provide compensation and build several road sections, including the extended CN2, CN3 along with CN4 routes and CN12 road, at Hoa Phu Industrial Park. The project has a total investment of 60 billion VND. To date, more than 94% of the site area has been handed over. Ground levelling is more than 88% completion and roadbed construction has reached over 83%, while disbursement stands at nearly 49% of the 2026 capital allocation.

Following the site inspections, PPC Chairman Do Huu Huy urged contractors to urgently mobilise sufficient personnel, machinery and equipment to accelerate construction, maintain schedules as well as fulfil their commitments. Project owners were instructed to closely monitor construction progress and volumes, while promptly addressing outstanding issues at construction sites.

Regarding construction material supplies, he called for an immediate review of the supply capacity, reserves, prices and supply situation at each relevant quarry. The causes of material shortages alongside the responsibilities of each party must be clearly identified and reported to the provincial leaders. Relevant agencies were also tasked with assisting in resolving procedures related to licensing, blasting, extraction combined with material supply to ensure sufficient construction materials.

The PPC Chairman and leaders of relevant departments together with agencies also inspected the progress on the Dur Kmal Pumping Station and Irrigation Works Project in Dur Kmal commune. The project has a total investment of 164 billion VND, including nearly 19.8 billion VND for compensation along with site clearance. It involves the recovery of nearly 5.96 hectares of land, affecting 260 households and 475 land plots.

Regarding this project, Chairman Do Huu Huy instructed the contractor to make the most of favourable weather and working conditions to accelerate construction. Local authorities were required to proactively mobilise residents as well as discuss site handover arrangements to ensure uninterrupted project implementation. They were also instructed to closely monitor construction material supplies and promptly report any signs of irregularities to the competent authorities for inspection alongside handling.
