2.4 trillion VND Phu Xuan Industrial Park breaks ground

On April 24, the Provincial Management Board of Industrial Zones, in coordination with DPV Dak Lak JSC, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the infrastructure development project of Phu Xuan Industrial Park (IP) in Cuor Dang commune.

The project spans over 313 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 2.477 trillion VND, structured in three phases. Particularly, phase 1, valued at over 800 billion VND, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026. The project is expected to establish a new industrial development space, serve as a high-quality investment destination, thereby contributing to building a competitive industrial ecosystem for Dak Lak province and the Central Highlands.

Addressing the ceremony, PPC Vice Chairman, comrade Dao My commended the investor’s proactive efforts in preparing required groundwork, together with close coordination and active support from relevant departments, sectors, together with local authorities.

He emphasised that Phu Xuan IP plays a key role in attracting enterprises and promoting production as well as business activities, thereby increasing industrial output and accelerating economic restructuring in the province.

Comrade Dao My urged DPV Dak Lak JSC to mobilise resources, organise construction in line with approved designs while ensuring progress and quality. He also called for strengthened project management alongside timely deployment of machinery and equipment to accelerate implementation.

The PPC affirmed its commitment to accompany and facilitate the investor throughout the project lifecycle. Once completed, Phu Xuan IP is expected to attract a wide range of secondary investors, contribute significantly to the provincial double-digit growth target while generating employment and improving incomes for local workers.
