PPC Chairman Do Huu Huy meets investor of Buon Don Golf Complex project

Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman, comrade Do Huu Huy met HAIAN Buon Don JSC (HABD) leaders regarding the proposed investment in Buon Don Golf Complex in Ea Wer commune.

According to the company, since March 2024 HABD has submitted a proposal to study the project and has been supported by provincial authorities in accessing and gathering relevant information. The project covers approximately 299 hectares and is envisioned as a 36-hole golf complex integrated with resort tourism, sports, ecological features as well as high-end services. Total investment is estimated at 2.5 trillion VND, implemented in two phases. Phase 1 will include an 18-hole golf course meeting international standards and a five-star resort, with an investment of roughly 1.2 trillion VND.

At the meeting, PPC Chairman, comrade Do Huu Huy said Dak Lak is prioritising attraction of capable and experienced investors with strong financial capacity to help drive double-digit economic growth. The province is committed to facilitating favourable conditions for enterprises throughout project research and implementation process. He also urged the company to develop a well-considered investment plan, align capital phasing with its financial capacity, and ensure both feasibility and efficiency. Simultaneously, the province encouraged the company to continue exploring opportunities to expand investment into other potential sectors such as tourism and energy.

According to the plan, the province expects four golf course projects to break ground in 2026. The Buon Don Golf Complex is expected to complete its procedures soon and become one of the first projects to be launched, helping unlock local potential and promote socio-eco development.
