The Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, serves as the provincial master blueprint for future development. More than a statutory framework for organising development space in a scientific and coordinated manner, it provides strategic direction for unlocking the provincial full potential, harnessing its comparative advantages, mobilising social resources more effectively while creating fresh momentum for rapid, sustainable growth.

Notably, the adjusted planning establishes a new development framework comprising three economic regions, three strategic economic corridors together with two growth centres. It also targets annual GRDP growth of at least 11% during 2026-2030, reflecting the provincial strong ambition and firm commitment to a new phase of development.
