Dak Lak attracts over 32 trillion VND in investment for 39 new projects

Since the beginning of 2026, the PPC has approved investment policies or issued investment registration certificates for 39 projects, bringing total registered capital above 32.36 trillion VND.

Several major projects stand out, notably Thuan Phong Dak Lak Wind Power Plant, developed by Thai Binh Duong Group JSC, with registered investment capital estimated at 3.843 trillion VND. Another is the Hoa Xuan Tay Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Project, developed by Transport Engineering Construction Corporation No. 5 (Cienco 5), with registered capital of around 3.807 trillion VND.

Other major projects include the Hoa Xuan Dong Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Business Project, developed by Capella Quang Nam JSC, with registered investment capital estimated at 3.63 trillion VND. The NT1 coupled with NT2 Wind Power Plant Project, developed by Hoa Binh Energy Investment Group JSC and Nguyen Thao Wind Power JSC, carries investment capital of approximately 2.825 trillion VND.

The outcomes reflect intensified investment promotion efforts, alongside measures aimed at resolving difficulties while creating favourable conditions for businesses and investors. These efforts have facilitated investment procedures, project implementation combined with production and business activities province-wide.

Provincial departments, agencies together with relevant bodies have coordinated directly with individual investors to develop detailed implementation plans, accelerating project research, investment preparation, dossier completion and execution in accordance with regulations. These efforts have helped mobilise investment resources, drive economic growth, create jobs, boost budget revenue while supporting Dak Lak’s socio-eco development.
