On September 28, in Ha Noi, a delegation from Dak Lak Province led by comrade Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial National Assembly Delegation, held working sessions with TH Group coupled with Hoa Phat Group on the progress of provincial projects.

At the working session with TH Group, the delegation was briefed on progress in implementing the Ea Sup - Ea Rok High-Tech Circular Agriculture and Forestry Complex Project, covering 20,000 ha with a total investment of 3.9 trillion VND, aimed at developing agriculture towards a green economy while contributing to ecological environmental restoration.

TH Group also presented a proposal for an eco-tourism project along the coast in the provincial eastern part, covering 960 ha with a total investment of 28 trillion VND. The project is envisaged to meet international six-star standards and ESG requirements, with a construction density below 12%, preserve more than 88% of the natural ecosystem, along with 100% use of clean energy, with a view to achieving net-zero carbon emissions. The project comprises a 300-ha coastal subdivision and a 660-ha hillside subdivision.

TH Group proposed that the province support land-related procedures and investment incentives to facilitate the early implementation of the project.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet welcomed TH Group's investment proposals, emphasising that Dak Lak has vast development space stretching from the highland hinterland to coastal areas, with agriculture, forestry and tourism serving as important economic pillars. The Provincial Party Secretary asked TH Group to closely coordinate with the provincial specialised agencies to conduct surveys alongside expedite the finalisation of an appropriate investment plan. The province is ready to accompany and support investors as well as create favourable conditions for the early implementation of projects.

* At the working session with Hoa Phat Group on projects at the South Phu Yen Economic Zone, including Phase 1 of Hoa Tam Industrial Park, Bai Goc Port combined with the Integrated Iron and Steel Production Complex Project, the delegation was briefed on progress, difficulties alongside obstacles and heard proposals for a feasible implementation plan suited to actual conditions.

Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet acknowledged the impact of market conditions on the company's investment plans, affirming that Dak Lak province always accompanies investors and ready to coordinate in addressing difficulties together with obstacles. He asked Hoa Phat Group to continue working closely with relevant departments and agencies to soon reach agreement on a specific plan for implementing projects at the South Phu Yen Economic Zone, thereby harnessing the provincial potential as well as advantages and promoting socio-eco development.
