Dak Lak Province, together with postal and telecommunications enterprises is accelerating the deployment of advanced technological solutions alongside postal and telecommunications infrastructure to drive digital transformation (DX), while ensuring network safety and information security province-wide.

Under the cooperation agreement with the province on DX for the 2026 - 2030 period, MobiFone Dak Lak has supported the deployment coupled with operation of the National Public Service Portal; supported People's Committees of communes and wards in using the portal to receive as well as process administrative procedures (APs); operated the information system serving grassroots broadcasting; and implemented DX within the operations of state agencies. The enterprise has provided DX solutions for small along with medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and individual business households while also sending documents on the pilot national digital school solution programme to more than 300 schools province-wide. MobiFone has also introduced as well as coordinated the deployment of a smart tourism platform, alongside the digitisation of historical sites and scenic attractions on digital maps.

Similarly, Viettel Dak Lak has implemented all 13 areas of cooperation with the province, three of which have been completed: solutions to upgrade the provincial data centre infrastructure; IoT solutions for the construction sector and smart transport; combined with DX solutions for national security and defence. The remaining 10 areas are currently under implementation.

Recently, Vietnam Post Corporation (VNPost) and the PPC reached a strategic cooperation agreement for the 2026 - 2030 period, focusing on the development of postal infrastructure, digital postal services, public administrative services, dossier digitisation, cashless payments together with social security payments.

According to Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Chairman of the Members' Council of VNPost, the two sides are prioritising logistics, e-commerce, alongside efforts to connect OCOP products and local agricultural products with consumers through the “Post Agricultural Products” e-commerce platform along with other e-commerce channels. The postal network is being planned under the approach of “Every commune and ward has a service point - Every citizen can access digital postal services”, supporting local authorities coupled with DX in rural areas.

This year, VNPost is expected to operate kiosks and a platform for automated processing of public APs. Notably, the low-altitude economy solution will help expand cultivation areas, process agricultural products on an industrial scale, optimise logistics and transport while reducing congestion, thereby bringing practical benefits to farmers, enterprises and the province. VNPost is also accelerating the conversion of postal service points into “Post Marts”, creating a distribution channel to bring Dak Lak's OCOP products to consumers nationwide.

According to comrade Do Huu Huy, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman, the cooperation agreements between the province alongside postal and telecommunications enterprises will soon be translated into specific programmes as well as actions with tangible outcomes. This will contribute to improving the state management effectiveness, developing the digital economy and digital society, advancing administrative reform, while improving people's quality of life.
