Mr. Cung The Uy, General Director of Dan Sinh Industrial Development Co., Ltd., said that the company is among China’s top 500 companies and has a large-scale logistics network. The purpose of the survey is to gain a comprehensive understanding of agricultural development, particularly the durian supply chain along with the provincial key agricultural products.

The company plans to invest in and establish an integrated supply chain system in Dak Lak, covering raw-material development, procurement, quality management, sorting combined with preliminary processing, packaging, cold storage, cross-border transport and exports to China. The company wishes to learn more about the management system for production unit code (PUC) and packing house codes (PHC), while establishing long-term, transparent cooperation with government agencies, cooperatives and local enterprises. The company also hopes to establish a two-way trade channel bringing key Chinese agricultural products into the Vietnamese market.

Mr. Cung The Uy spoke highly of Dak Lak's agricultural potential and said the company was ready to support farmers with cultivation techniques alongside fertilisers to improve durian quality and meet stringent standards, enabling the products to command higher prices in the Chinese market.

Concluding the working session, comrade Nguyen Thien Van stressed that Dak Lak always pays attention to administrative reform, improving the investment environment and accompanying enterprises. He expressed hope that the survey would soon result in concrete investment projects, contributing to increasing the value of local agricultural products, raising residents’ incomes while deepening Viet Nam - China economic cooperation.
