For projects falling behind schedule or lacking the capacity for implementation, he requested a review to clarify the causes along with those responsible, and take appropriate action in accordance with regulations.
For the Cu Lao Mai Nha high-end resort project, he stressed that its planning, design and facility layout must blend harmoniously with the natural terrain, make effective use of the area's landscape alongside natural advantages, and preserve the destination's distinctive values.
The PPC Chairman also requested relevant departments, agencies and local authorities to strengthen inspections coupled with supervision of each project's progress, proactively provide guidance and resolve difficulties within their authority, as well as closely monitor investors' fulfilment of their commitments.
