Comrade Dao My, PPC Vice Chairman met alongside held discussions with Mr. Koo Heng Sheong, General Director of CCIPY Vietnam Co., Ltd., regarding the company’s production coupled with business operations, as well as its plans for investment expansion in Dak Lak province.
Since establishing an electronic component manufacturing plant at the An Phu Industrial Park in 2016, CCIPY Vietnam has, over nearly a decade of operation, gradually scaled up its operations together with maintained consistent growth, becoming one of the provincial prominent FDI enterprises. In the first half of 2026, the company generated revenue of 574 billion VND, an export turnover of 21 million USD, while employing 2,380 workers, 2,370 of whom are Vietnamese. The company is currently implementing the second phase of its project, with a total investment exceeding 10 million USD; the facility is expected to be constructed combined with brought into operation after approximately 12 months.
During the meeting, comrade Dao My acknowledged along with highly commended the company’s operational efficiency in conjunction with its decision to further expand its investment. He affirmed that the province remains encouraging as well as creates favorable conditions for businesses, particularly FDI enterprises, to invest, expand their operations, and pursue long-term development in the locality.

The PPC Vice Chairman stated that the provincial government would direct relevant departments alongside agencies to collaborate with the company in removing any challenges or obstacles encountered during project implementation. Furthermore, the province will facilitate connections with vocational training institutions to meet the company’s recruitment needs, with a focus on securing high-quality labor. The enterprise continues to prioritize investment in equipment and modern technology application to enhance productivity, quality, product value.
The provincial leadership also urged CCIPY Vietnam Co., Ltd. to act as a bridge, strengthening connections with partners in coordination with businesses within the supply chain and the electronics industry, encouraging them to explore cooperation together with investment opportunities in Dak Lak province. This effort aims to attract further projects featuring advanced technology combined with high added value, thereby fostering local industrial along with economic development.
