Villages’ community cohesion pillars

Dak Lak province boasts 1,069 influential community figures, including 209 village elders. Beyond encouraging residents to comply with the Party guidelines in coordination with the State policies and laws, they also help foster solidarity, maintain security - order, preserve cultural identity, as well as contribute to socio-eco development through their prestige, experience alongside exemplary conduct.
