By publicly disclosing administrative procedures (APs), transparency of management information and data, while receiving and handling feedback coupled with recommendations, Dak Lak Province is not only improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management but also strengthening public along with business confidence.
As part of the public administration modernisation, Dak Lak Province has consistently identified information transparency, process standardisation and the provision of online public services as key priorities. As of September 2026, the province had 1,737 APs at the provincial level alongside 432 at the commune level. It provided 1,546 fully online public services, accounting for 76.46% of all public services, and had provided 100% of public services eligible for fully online delivery. The province has also taken on 408 decentralised APs, helping standardise authorities and responsibilities while ensuring smooth and convenient processing for residents together with enterprises.

In key agencies involving the Department of Agriculture and Environment, which directly oversees 384 APs across 32 fields related to people's livelihoods, including land, environment combined with forestry, 100% of APs under its jurisdiction are publicly displayed at the Provincial Public Administration Service Centre, updated on the National Public Service Portal and published on the department's website.
According to Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Department of Agriculture and Environment, the public disclosure of procedures coupled with greater transparency have made it easier for residents and enterprises to reduce costs alongside travel time, thereby promoting investment attraction and economic development.
Public disclosure of feedback and recommendation handling
An important measure of transparency in administrative reform in Dak Lak is the receipt and handling of feedback along with recommendations from people and organisations.
The PPC has assigned specialised agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to monitor the feedback coupled with recommendations system daily, direct the handling of submissions and publicly disclose responses, particularly those concerning land.

Concurrently, the centralised Dashboard system operated by the Provincial Intelligent Operations Centre (IOC) closely monitors the processing of dossiers submitted through the online Public Service Portal by departments, sectors as well as commune- and ward-level People's Committees.
Notably, since July 2025, the "Digital Dak Lak" application has been downloaded more than 272,000 times. Since the beginning of this year, residents have submitted 519 reports concerning local environmental, infrastructure combined with public security and order issues, while being able to track the handling results online. Planning and land-related information is also fully updated on the application.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang, a resident of Tan Lap Ward, said: "The Digital Dak Lak application is very convenient. Residents can report issues such as pollution, faulty traffic signals and track the progress and results of handling by the authorities. Every report submitted includes clear images and location coordinates and is made public on the system."
According to Ms. Ayun H'Huong, Deputy Director of the Dak Lak Department of Home Affairs, in the coming period, the province will focus on standardising interconnected internal processes, accelerating the digitisation of AP processing results, and using the outcomes of receiving while handling feedback in the digital environment as a direct criterion for assessing the performance of the agency and locality heads. This marks a solid step towards achieving Dak Lak's goal of building a modern, transparent along with service-oriented public administration.
