Accordingly, provincial total mobilised capital was estimated at 186 trillion VND, up 11.2% from the end of 2025, while total outstanding loans to the economy were estimated at 291 trillion VND, representing growth of 11.7% from the end of 2025.
Notably, the banking sector closely followed policy and management directives while cutting operating costs to maintain reasonable lending rates. Around 60% of total outstanding loans currently carry interest rates of 9% per year or below, creating more favourable conditions for enterprises and people to access capital.
Credit flows have continued to expand in line with the provincial development priorities, with a focus on production, business activities and key growth drivers. Thanks to strict yet flexible risk management measures, credit quality in the province has remained under control, with the non-performing loan ratio maintained below 1.5%.
Alongside commercial credit, social policy credit has also been actively implemented, serving as an important pillar of social welfare.
As of the end of September, outstanding loans under social policy credit programmes were estimated at 16,043 billion VND, up 10.9% from the end of 2025, supporting around 323,000 borrowers with outstanding loans. This funding has provided practical support to poor and near-poor households, created livelihoods coupled with jobs, contributed to sustainable social welfare, and gradually curbed informal lending in rural areas alongside ethnic minority areas province-wide.
